Once we receive your full application and the required documents, we will begin processing your request. Please email the completed application form along with all necessary documents to spain@clubrci.es.
Assessment
Based on your availability, personal interests, expectations, and other factors, we will match you with the most suitable host family possible. We always take your requests into consideration and strive to accommodate them as much as we can. However, please note that in some cases, it may not be possible to fulfill all preferences.
If a host family thinks you are a good match for their family, we will contact you to inform you and share the host family’s profile. This profile, which is similar to your application form, will include details about the family members, their location, what they expect from you, their hobbies, and more.
If you’re happy with the host family’s terms and conditions, the first contact will typically be made via email or Skype, allowing you both to get to know each other better before confirming the placement.
Sometimes, one conversation is enough to make a decision, while other times, either the family or the applicant may need more time to decide.
So, you’ve connected with the family and are excited to start the program? Great news, your placement is confirmed!
Now, agree on your arrival date with your host family. We strongly recommend not purchasing a plane ticket until you’ve confirmed the details with them. Once you have your flight, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange your pick-up.

As soon as another family expresses interest in having you as their childcare provider or tutor, we will repeat the steps. We’ll continue this process as many times as needed to find the right match for you.
